Where Worlds Collide and Galaxies Sing...
I've been poking around at some short indie films today, and I found three that I thought I would share with you all.
This first one is definitely in the vein of The Twilight Zone, dark and creepy as hell yet all you see is one girl and her radio equipment. This is what happens when good writing and storytelling happens. Seriously. It's called 8 GHz and it is definitely worth a look. You can watch it here.
The second short film I want to share with you all, which is currently making the film festival rounds, is cute as hell and I really want to see the whole thing. There are two trailers currently for it, and hopefully it will be available on line soon. It's called The Looking Planet, and it looks like a lot of fun. It certainly appeals to the fun loving and insatiably curious Astronomy/Scifi geek in me! XD You can check out the trailers for it here.
This third short film I want to show you all is nothing short of epic in potential. It's a proof of concept piece with the hopes of becoming a feature length movie. If this thing does get that far, my happy butt is so in that theater! It's called Envoy and I am so seriously geeking out after watching this! THIS MUST HAPPEN!
