Description: Another of my random food experiments that turned out really good. **grins** Here we have Tri-Color Rotini Pasta (regular, tomato, spinach) all cooked up and hot, then premium white Albacore meat flaked over the pasta, and on top I added cooked hot green beans and cooked hot sliced yellow squash. To season it, I sprinkled Salad Seasoning and spritzed it with red wine vinaigrette. It really turned out good! **omnoms on yummy dinner**
The reason I call it Bluegrass Pasta, well, it's pasta of course, and the Bluegrass reference is partly for the Albacore and partly for the Southern (Bluegrass) feel of the dish (at least to me, anyway). There is no cheese, blue or otherwise, though I'm sure you could add grated Parmesan or shredded Mozzarella on top and it would be awesome, I just don't have either of those currently.

It's pretty easy to make, just cook up the pasta and veggies and open a can of white Albacore, then stack it together - pasta, Albacore, veggies; then season it and nom! XD It's really good and pretty healthy too.
