Description:This is a fun dish I just really love that has a couple options to it. In this case I used a bed of rotini pasta on which I put steak I had cut into small pieces and cooked up, then I sauteed fresh spinach leaves in a bit of butter (just lightly cook so they still look like spinach leaves, don't cook them til they look like they came from a can) and added those on top, upon which I put cut up tomatoes I sauteed. On top of it all is a shredded Italian cheese blend that is just the perfect topping to a very simple and yummy dinner. Enjoy!
